Shipping & Return


All orders are processed once payments have been obtained. All orders shipped via standard delivery (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States excluding P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. 

We make every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday, or according to availability of stock. 

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS & FedEx.



Yes, we do offer returns. All returns must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date. They must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free. All items that are not in their original condition will be refused or charged a 20-50% restocking fee.

Do you offer exchanges?

Due to a constantly changing inventory, we are unable to offer exchanges. We recommend ordering the new color/style immediately and then shipping the return back to us!


How will my money be refunded?

You will receive a store credit for any returns. The store credit will be issued via e-mail 2-3 days after we receive and inspect your return, and will not expire.

Do the tags have to be attached?

Yes, all items must be returned with their original tags. Items without their original tags will be refused or charged a 20-50% restocking fee. 

Are any items final sale?

Sale or discounted items (including items purchased with a discount code) are a final sale as well as gift cards.

What if my item is damaged when I receive it?

If you receive a damaged item, notify us via e-mail or phone within two days and we will be glad to issue a refund. Damage to items must be reported prior to wear, and the item must be returned with original tags intact on the garment

Will my shipping fee be refunded?/Do I pay to ship my return back?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your shipping fees, and return fees are the responsibility of the customer. Exception to these terms is an error that occurred during our shipping process. 

How long do I have to ship my order back?

All items must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date.

Ground: Standard delivery for most items is about 3-10 business days (conditioned to state location).
Three day Select: Scheduled delivery is the three business day.
Second Day Air: Scheduled delivery is the second business day.
Next Day: Schedule delivery is the next business day.

Sales Tax

Illinois State law requires us to charge sales tax on all orders sent within Illinois State. If you are a reseller, you must fax us your reseller certificate from the State of Illinois and you will not be charged any sales tax. We are a wholesale distribution company and only cater to “resellers”. Direct customer sales are offered thru our retail “Affiliates”.
